3 ways to have alertness without the calories and chemicals

Spring is beautiful, but allergies suck. The only medication that works for my allergies is Benadryl. Unfortunately one of the side effects is drowsiness. Every spring I double my caffeine intake, which usually means I double my calorie intake or double chemicals like aspartame (which I eliminated from our household over a year ago). So when the sleepys take over I try one of these three things.

1. Take A walk-- I work in an elementary school so I will walk the halls, I love seeing the art on walls the kids do which brings a smile to my face and the walk gets my blood pumping
2. Yoga--I do yoga in my office, I shut the door and do sun salutations. No one has walked in on me yet. The other time I do these is during the morning announcements (again remember I am in an elementary school) This gets the blood pumping and the mucsles moving
3. Caffeine Supplement-- Eu Natural Caffeine supplement, the thing I love most about this product is the ability to be alert without having to consume tons of calories in order to do it. Normally I have to drink coffee with sugar and cream (calories) or an energy drink (calories and chemicals) or pop (calories and chemicals). And with Eu Natural's Caffeine supplement I can take one with a glass of water and be more alert and focused than with a Mountain Dew or coffee without the calories I would normally intake with said drinks.

I cannot think of anything negative about this product, I do not get the jitters. I get my jobs done, I am awake and alert and no crash like with some of the energy drinks I used to drink years ago. I am so glad I found this product, so much better than the "alert" products of years gone past. This gets the #hippiehappy seal of approval.
