What should I drink with my vitamins?
Since the medical world is constantly changing what is good, bag, best for us. The newest water reports tell us we should drink a glass of water before bed to help organs do some stuff while we are sleeping-- all I think it does is make me pee all night long but they swear it helps decrease the risk of stroke and heart attack. So I take half of my vitamins and minerals at night with that glass of water.
Then to wake up we are to have two glasses of water to hydrate our organs in the morning. Now I cannot get two glasses of water down but I maybe get 12oz down with my big honking vitamins. Since vitamins are huge and harder to swallow it takes more drinks to get them down so you make yourself drink the water without even thinking about it.
